Emmett and Sal
Emmett and Sal are two characters from my storybook, Mole Tale. Emmett gears up in his vest, boots and fanny pack with Sal in it. They always get into trouble and escape the dangers of the wild. They are two best friends who are always ready to go on new adventures!
Sketches
Character development sketches and orthographic sketches were done to capture Emmett and Sal's personality and final look.
Process
Plush prototypes were first made in muslin to and then made in fabric.
Plastic parts were modeled on Solidworks and then 3D printed and painted.
